Writing

Workshop activity worksheet

This is where you will spend the bulk of your time as a well-crafted story is the whole point. A really great script or storyboard should make the production of your story very easy.

  1. Decide what you want to write about (e.g. a family member, yourself, your culture, your religion, etc.)
  2. Outline your story – point of the story (main message), characters, themes (e.g. struggle, happiness, success).
  3. Identify your materials – what images do you need? what music should you use? is there any video footage you need to find or shoot?
  4. Create your script and/or storyboard – aim for 200-300 words:
